Easy B Shoes are a specialised Wide Fit brand. They are deeper and wider than your standard brands. The smallest width fit is a 2V which accommodates a 2E to 4E by the removal of the extra insoles that come with each pair. Most "2V" sizes come with a standard 2 insoles(2E). By removing 1 insole (3E) or the 2 Insoles (4E) to accomodate varying foot depths and widths.
